Who We Are
THE LINEUP STANDARD
Ten values. One standard. Everything we build starts here.
Read the Standard- 01
Deliver the WOW at every touchpoint
WOW isn't a moment. It's the standard.
- 02
Sweat the details like it's graded
If it wouldn't grade a 10, refine it.
- 03
Build a clubhouse, not a company
Everyone who walks through LINEUP is part of the lineup.
- 04
Play small ball, win big
Do more with less.
- 05
Embrace the next rip, the next rep, the next release
The hobby moves. Golf tech moves. Platforms move. We move first.
- 06
Be obsessed with the craft
Passion for the cardboard. Passion for the game. Passion for the build.
- 07
Call it like the comps
Sold comps only, in business and in life.
- 08
Stay humble, stay coachable
Respect every collector — the $5 buyer and the $50K collector.
- 09
Level up every day
Every rep is a chance to get better.
- 10
